- Harvest: Exclusively manual harvest at the end of August
- Winemaking: After gentle pressing of the grapes and self-cleaning of the must, the fermentation takes place partly in a stainless steel container and partly in oak barrels of various volumes, where it is aged for another 8 months on fine lees. In this way, we preserve the fruity character and Mediterranean freshness, while gaining in the complexity and fullness of the wine.

- Aroma: Emphasized, varietal characteristic character, where the smell of stone fruit, melons and a hint of lemon predominates, all connected by light notes after roasting.
- Taste: The taste is medium full, juicy, with an oily texture. The fruity character is intertwined with the perceptible notes of selected wood, which are well integrated into the base of the wine, and the finish brings a hint of vanilla and nuts. The aftertaste is longer with a slightly creamy note accompanied by a gentle spiciness.
